Acceptance
By submitting a profile or using any part of the RishtaLink platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
The service is open to individuals seeking a marriage match, including applicants based in Pakistan and abroad, regardless of religion or community. Applicants must be of legal marriageable age under applicable law and must submit accurate information. RishtaLink may decline to register any applicant at its discretion.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Identity verification
RishtaLink may, at its discretion, request a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification to verify your identity, at the time of registration or at any later point. We reserve the right to suspend or remove a profile if requested identification is not provided.
Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable once your profile has been approved. If RishtaLink declines to approve your profile, any registration fee already paid will be refunded.
Conduct
Users of the platform are expected to act with respect and integrity. Harassment, deception, or misuse of another party's contact information obtained through RishtaLink is strictly prohibited.
Verification and due diligence
RishtaLink verifies profiles as thoroughly as we can and supports you throughout the process, but we cannot guarantee every detail an applicant provides. We encourage you to also verify details that matter most to you, such as identity, background, and family history, before making a commitment.
Limitation of liability
RishtaLink facilitates introductions but does not guarantee any specific outcome. We are not liable for the conduct of any party following an introduction made through our platform, or for any loss arising from reliance on information provided by another user.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
